Shipping and Returns Policy

Delivery Address and Contact Details:

When placing an order with SCIVAC and we are to deliver goods to you, we require a contact name a physical street address, a valid email address and telephone number(s)

Please note that an authorized signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and that photo identification may be requested.

Australian Deliveries

Delivery Lead Time : Fast Australia-wide Delivery! (2-3 business days)

For delivery to major State, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 1-2 working days.
For delivery to regional, remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 days.

Proof of Delivery

Should you require a proof of delivery at any time (after the standard lead time), please call us on 02 9940 4077 or email: sales@scivac.com.au and we will send you a copy of the consignment note.

Delivery Carriers

For local and metropolitan deliveries we use Australia Post's Express Post.
For regional and Interstate, we use Australian Air Express Couriers. After an order is placed, our staff will contact you via email or telephone within 2 hours to confirm your order and delivery charges.
